In stock items will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days of the purchase date.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If all of these conditions are met and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return the item for store credit. The item must be in transit to us within 7 days from the day you receive the merchandise for store credit only.
In store returns are available for local customers of Wilmington, NC.
Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are oversized and overweight. In this instance, you’ll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs. Once the invoice is paid, your shipment will go out.
Broken and/or defective items
Damages to the merchandise while in transit, or defects in manufacturing are rare, but occasionally do happen. Should your piece arrive with a defect or damage we will do our very best to have a replacement shipped out to you as soon as possible. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please include your receipt number, and the items you are inquiring about. For items that have been damaged in transit please include pictures of the damage, and pictures of the shipping box as well. Once we receive your email, we’ll determine the next steps. Emails for damages MUST be received within 7 days of the delivery date. Anything received after that will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
