Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 7 days of the date your order was received, for store credit only.  Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Books
  • Pillows/Bedding
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale/clearance items
  • Drop Ship Items
  • Custom Orders
  • Artwork

Sugarwood Interiors is a small business and we so appreciate you supporting us!  Our return policy helps us run this small business to operate both efficiently and wisely. We hope you can understand that we cannot accept used items back. All items returned should be in original condition, in the original packaging with tags on.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the item.  A gift card will be issued and an email will be sent containing the gift card and refunded store credit.   

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your credit via email, please check your junk mail. If you have done this and still have not received your credit, please contact us at info@sugarwoodnc.com

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange for the same item, please send us an email at info@sugarwoodnc.com.

Promo Codes

Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases.  Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 7 days of the date your order was received for store credit only.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.  Expired promo codes will not be accepted. Certain items are excluded from promotions.
